I approach therapy and assessment with the belief that people are whole and complex, far beyond a list of symptoms. My role is not to reduce you to a diagnosis, but to help you understand the fuller picture of how you think, feel, and relate. In therapy, I work primarily with girls, women, and LGBTQ+ folks of all genders, typically ages 12–35. Many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity questions, emotional dysregulation, body image concerns, depression, or the transition into adulthood. Some feel chronically overwhelmed. Others feel high-functioning on the outside but internally unsettled.
Our work may include reflection, laughter, quiet moments, hard conversations, or even the occasional meme that captures something words cannot. Therapy does not have to be stiff or formal. It does need to feel real. I integrate multiple approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic work, and strengths-based interventions. What matters most is that the approach fits you.
Outside of work, you will likely find me at yoga, watching history documentaries, or combing through the clearance section at Marshall’s for candles I absolutely did not need but somehow had to bring home. I am also an avid consumer of chocolate in nearly all forms. I believe therapy works best when it feels human. You deserve a space where you can show up fully, not perfectly.
